VeilFrame Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

VeilFrame does not collect personal information from you. The app does not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, tracking technologies, or user accounts.

Photos, Images, and Files

VeilFrame lets you choose photos, images, and files so you can embed text in images, create encrypted GhostDrop packages, and unlock files with a GhostDrop key image. These files are processed locally on your device.

The app does not upload your selected photos, key images, encrypted packages, or unlocked files to a VeilFrame server. You control where generated files are saved or shared through iOS system features such as Photos, Files, and the share sheet.

Photo Library Access

VeilFrame may request access to your photo library so you can import carrier images, import stego or GhostDrop key images, and save generated images. Access is used only for the action you choose inside the app.

Camera Access

VeilFrame may request camera access so you can take a photo to write content into an image or scan an image for existing content. Camera images are processed locally on your device.

Encryption

GhostDrop encrypts selected files locally on your device. The app does not store your keys on a server. If you lose the generated GhostDrop key image, VeilFrame cannot recover the encrypted file for you.

Data Sharing

VeilFrame does not sell, rent, or share personal data. Files are shared only when you choose to export or share them using iOS system interfaces.

Children's Privacy

VeilFrame is not designed to collect information from children. Because the app does not collect personal data, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
